Ingredients:- Local Beetroot, Organically Homegrown Horseradish, Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, Dark Brown Sugar, Farmgate Raw Honey Sea Salt A delicious Chutney made with minimal ingredients to bring out the true flavour of the Vegetables. A blend of seasonal Autumn Beetroot, Horseradish and our Homemade Apple Cider Vinegar. This chutney is the perfect accompaniment to Smoked Salmon, Trout, Mackerel, Beef, Ham, strong cheeses and Potato Salad. As a child I remember gathering the gluts at the end of the summer and preparing the fruit and vegetables and the wonderful smells in my grandmothers kitchen when the preserves where being made. They would then be stacked in her pantry to use throughout the Autumn, Winter and Spring months and shared out with family and friends at Christmas time. All of the Farmgate range of products are made by us using ingredients from our farm, small local producers or the best organically grown or sustainable produce we can source. Made using recipes from my grandmothers and others I’ve picked up during the many years of preserving our harvests.
