- Description This resource includes a printable foldable book as well as Google Slides for you to share with your students while distance learning. No cutting and no gluing needed! Students will create a cute Father’s Day book by simply folding! Copy the pages two sided, and fold into fourths! Writing topics include: my dad’s favorites, me and my dad, my dad & I love to, DAD (acrostic poem), memories, my dad always says, and I love you to pieces. An alternative book that is not specific to dad is also available that can be given to someone special. Alternative writing prompts include: your favorites, this is us, we love to, LOVE (acrostic poem), memories, you always say, and I love you to pieces. To assemble, simply copy two sided; fold in half and then fold again in fourths to make a small book! If you are printing two sided from your printer, choose to “flip pages on the long side” to print on both sides. This is a fun activity that can be used on its own or as a card for a gift!
