We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As such, we carefully inspect all products before shipping to ensure quality. Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns in the case of faulty or damaged items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Change-of-mind returns are not permitted unless approved by wholesaler.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

Returns due to change of mind are generally not permitted. A change of mind return request is subject to an approval process and must be made within 30 days of purchase.

If approved a 20% restocking fee applies and the product must be:

  • In brand new, resalable condition
  • Returned in their original packaging (both internal and external)
  • Unmarked and unused
  • Unassembled or in the same state of assembly as originally delivered
  • Complete with all accessories and parts
  • Of a product type that can be returned

For larger items, we understand shipping costs can be significant. We recommend contacting us to discuss suitable options to facilitate the exchange. The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
